Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. So if you're placing an order to a country outside of the European Union you can and probably will be charged for tax, duty, import and brokerage fees when receiving the package. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
In accordance with GDPR you can request to no longer receive personalized communications about our products and services. You also have the right to access and make corrections to your personal data, in addition to the right to request the deletion of such data.

Nudie Jeans may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls.
It is advisable to make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card before you place your order. Also, credit card companies may block foreign and/or online purchases for security reasons, so you may need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.
Yes of course it is possible to buy a gift card that can be used at Shop Lagazoi. Contact our customer care team and they will give you all the necessary information.
When you place an order at our webshop an order confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. The order confirmation is also your receipt so please keep it for future reference.
When your order is confirmed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
A common reason why your order doesn't go through is that your bank or credit card company has a block against transactions on foreign sites. Shop Lagazoi is an Italian company that operates from Italy.
This is quite common and also something that can be regulated by your bank/credit company without you knowing it. Contact your bank and have them remove the block and try to place the order again.
If you, for some reason can't get a hold of your bank, you can also use PayPal as a payment method. PayPal is free for all consumers and if you do not have an account it's easy to sign up at PayPal.

When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order whilst it is in transit. You can see the expected time of delivery at checkout.

A shipping confirmation will be sent out to your e-mail address as soon as your order is on its way, please allow a few hours before the link is active. If it's still not working, contact us and we will look into it.
We ship to all major countries worldwide. If your destination is not among those served, please contact our customer care team for a quotation.
If you have made a mistake with your shipping details or need the order shipped to another address, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number together with the new address and we will do our very best to amend it.
No, we don't ship to PO boxes.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
The items must be unworn in their original condition and with all tags attached.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery and any customs duties, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We aim to process returns within 5 business days from the day of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.
When your return has been processed your funds will settle within 2-5 business days if the payment was made by credit/debit card and within one day if paid with PayPal. If you made your purchase with Klarna invoice an updated invoice will be sent once the return has been processed.
Please note that during busy periods, for example during sales, return handling might take up to 10 business days.
Yes, of course, we can do size changes for all countries within the EU. Please contact our customer care team to agree on costs and availability of goods. For orders outside of the European Union we kindly ask our customers to return items back to our warehouse for a refund and then place a new order for the different item or size.
Yes you can, but please note that if you choose to send your return using a different courier, Shop Lagazoi bears no responsibility for lost packages and cannot obtain any information or updates in regard to the shipment.
We always recommend that you insure your package and keep a copy of your tracking number.
Our return window is 14 days. If you are outside that please contact our customer care team and we will help you out.
