Customers living outside the European Union will no longer be charged taxes on their purchases at BOTËGHES LAGAZOI. However, you may be required to pay additional duties and taxes on your purchase upon arrival at your country’s customs office. Our courier, UPS, will contact you before delivering the goods.

These taxes are paid by the customer. Any taxes or import duties are not under our control and will be invoiced directly by the courier. These charges must be paid in order for the parcel to be cleared through customs.

For any parcel returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping fees, customs fees and handling fees. These expenses will be deducted from any refunds due.
