I would love to thank the online team for their exceptional customer service (I believe their name could be Luca). I’m from Australia and was seeking the Goldbergh Hida Ski Jacket and came across this Italian company and not only did they have the ski jacket I was looking for, it was an executional price and the customer service was 10/10. I wasn’t sure my size and I had contacted customer care and despite the time differences they emailed me back quickly and followed up after I had ordered the ski jacket to confirm I was happy with my size. After a few back and forth follow ups and suggestions from Luca about size and even offering for a team member in my size to try on everything was settled! I received my ski jacket in Australia DAYS later! I’m beyond impressed with this service and company. Thank you to the team for making my first ski jacket purchase a memorable one!
