I’m from Australia and was seeking the Goldbergh Hida Ski Jacket and came across this Italian company and not only did they have the ski jacket I was looking for, it was an executional price and the customer service was 10/10. I wasn’t sure my size and I had contacted customer care and despite the time differences they emailed me back quickly and followed up after I had ordered the ski jacket to confirm I was happy with my size. After a few back and forth follow ups and suggestions from Luca about size and even offering for a team member in my size to try on everything was settled!
