Following recent changes in the UK & non EU’s trade agreements, customers living outside the EU will no longer be charged with taxes on their purchases from BOTËGHES LAGAZOI. However, it is likely that you will be required to pay additional duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives at your country's customs office. Our courier, DHL, will contact you in advance of delivering the goods.
These charges must be paid by the customer. Any import duty or tax charges incurred are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by the courier directly. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay customs charges or general returns, the customer will be fully liable for any postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees. The will all be deductible from any refund due.
