Following recent changes to trade agreements between the United Kingdom and third countries, customers living outside the European Union will no longer be charged taxes on their purchases from BOTËGHES LAGAZOI. However, you may be required to pay additional duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives at your country's customs office. Our courier, DHL, will contact you before delivering the goods.

These fees are the customer's responsibility. Any import taxes or duties are not within our control and will be billed directly by the courier. If you are concerned about these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs authorities before making a purchase to avoid unexpected expenses.

For any package returned due to the customer's refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be fully responsible for all postage costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling fees. These expenses will be deducted from any due refunds.
