The Vegard hoodie is made from Norwegian wool, one of the most animal-friendly textile fibers in the world. Our wool comes from sheep that are known to roam free in the vast Norwegian mountains, grazing on natural pastures. This yarn offers an authentic look that is known for its unique crinkled look and durability.
The Vegard hoodie has a touch of the 50s and 60s. The design elements are enhanced by the classic Norwegian eight-petal rose, the cross known from the Setesdal and Cortina patterns, and the lice pattern.
"Vegard" is a Nordic masculine given name that means both "protection" and "home." A fitting name for a warm, weatherproof hoodie that is strongly rooted in Norwegian design history.
